New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park Ranger Karen Armagost presents a talk which examines the history of parading and Mardi Gras traditions as resistance. The program will include photographs and film clips and include ample time for audience questions and discussion.

Free and open to the public, sponsored by the New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park.
