Cervantes Presents Mardi Gras Mambo 2018

Cervantes Hispanic American Arts Foundation presents its annual Mardi Gras Mambo with King Tulio Murillo and Queen Triness Kuhn reigning this year. It's the event that brings together the Carnival traditions of New Orleans, Brazil, Cuba and other Latin American countries all in one night. Come and enjoy a fun and festive evening full of color, live music, dancing and more! Your ticket will include the opportunity to join in the parade around the museum before the party starts, admission to the museum and exhibits, entertainment, food by Churros Cafe and open bar. Join us and be part of the Mardi Gras Mambo experience this year. Elegant attire and masks are encouraged. Entertainment this year includes a Second Line Brass Band, Javier Olondo & AsheSon, Rumba Buena, Casa Samba and more. $50 per ticket if bought in advance, $60 at the door. Must be 18 to attend and 21+ to drink. There will not be tables but there will be limited seating available and highboy cocktail tables. Proceeds from the Mardi Gras Mambo go to Cervantes Hispanic American Arts Foundation to continue with its mission of promoting the Latino arts and culture in Louisiana.
